Hello guys,
Sorry to spring this on you at late notice but there has been a change of plan for the Eisteddfod accommodation.
The place we were due to stay has messed up the booking so I have had to find us somewhere else. Needless to say a lot of places are booked up now.
We are actually booked into a Travel Lodge in Shrewsbury for the Friday night (the 13th of July). This should make it easier for most people to get there on the Friday night and should only take 20 minutes longer to get to Llangollen on the Saturday morning. (It should take us around 50 minutes).

We will be sharing 3 to a room and the cost will be around £18 each. Because of the short notice I have actually paid for all 20 people attending out of my own pocket so I would really appreciate it if you could all bring your money/cheque books along, it would be nice not to have to chase you all to get my money back.
We are hoping to rehearse on the Friday night so if you can all get there as soon as possible.
Ideally we would like to have a rehearsal at 8.00 (That’s 20.00 for those with digital watches). I have the day off work and will be heading down a bit earlier to check in etc.
If you're coming by train then let me know and I'll sort out lifts from the station and back again etc.
If anyone has any queries, concerns or ideas or anything at all they want to check or chat about then get in touch. If I don't know the answer I'll find out for you.
