Hello Gentlemen!
As you no doubt know, our next rehearsal is with the lovely ivy league 
On this day we will be working on a joint song with them - "Summer Nights" from Grease. The teach tapes are still being completed by Mr Tim Warwick and should be on this website by the 17th, but keep checking just in case we get them sooner. I've yet find out how much of the song the ivy league are learning for the reheasal, so be prepared for anything.
As well as summer nights, we'll be working on our Llangollen package. This is South Rampart Street, Bright Was the Night and Sound Celebration. We have 2 guests (one for vocal and one for moves) coming in to put some finishing touches to S. Rampart and Sound Celebration.
Its at our normal birmingham spot and as usual, get there for about 10 for a 10:15 - 10:30 start.
See you soon guys and well done again for convention, you sang brilliantly!

The Ivy league intend to start the 24th June at 10am, not the usual 10:15 that we've done before. It shoudn't be too hard for us all to get there 15 earlier, so i'll see you then or later if you do have problems.

10:00:- Warm up with the ladies and introductions
10:45:- Session with Mark Grindall
11:10:- Run the Llangollen package
11:30:- Break
11:40:- Summer Nights (just us)
12:10:- Time with Jane putting final touches on South Rampart Street and Sound Celebration
12:50:- Info on Llangollen, A.O.B
1:00:- Lunch
1:45:- Sectional on anything that needs covering on Llangollen package
2:05:- All in to continue work on Llangollen package (moves & vocal)
2:30:- Summer Nights (just us)
2:50:- Summer Nights with the Ivy League
3:30:- Break
3:40:- Go over everything/anything that needs covering. Solidify Llangollen package.
(shorts breaks throughout)
4:30:- Perform to the Ivy League & audience
The llangollen package is South Rampart Street, Bright Was the Night and Sound Celebration.
Obviousy, timings may change slightly if needed, but we intend to stick to the timetable.
The ladies will undoubtably know Summer Nights really well, so lets make sure we do to :)
It would be easier if we all bought a packed lunck with us as 1) theres no risk of being late for the afternoon session, 2) its cheaper and 3) its more socciable for us and the ladies :)

Hey, guys!
You may remember me from the distant past. I am the long-haired baritone that graced your presence just before Easter having being carted down from Newcastle with my fellow barbershopping comrades!
Apologies for all but disappearing off the face of the earth. Things have been pretty tough at Uni, with loads of deadlines followed immediately be exams. It would seem our lecturers had it in for us!!
Anyway, I am coming along to the rehearsal on Sunday and am really looking forward to it :-) Sadly I won't be as versed as you guys on the songs, but will try my very best to catch up.

To everyone who came to the rehearsal yesterday, well done, you sang brilliantly. We got coached by some of the best singers and directors in the country and my god we learnt their teachings well :) Look forward to seeing you all in Llangollen, harmony college and/or the september rehearsal (with the lovely Ivy League).
