Scarborough

Hi all,
Firstly, to those who were at Stockport, I'd like to thank you for the professional way you all handled yourselves. We did a really good job of showing that not all youth's are thugs, both in the way we performed and the way we handled ourselves throughout the day and afterglow.
We need to carry this on to Scarborough and really show them what we're capable of.

In Scarborough, Shirley will have the uniforms for those who didnt get them in Stockport. Don't forget that we all need to give Victor our six quid towards these.

The basic plan at the moment is to rehearse for a couple of hours on Friday, to cement our sexy new moves and get everyone up to scratch, then meet on the saturday morning and rock! Obviously we all have commitments with our own choruses, but I put the ownership on you to be as diplomatic as you can - and offer equal commitment to both. That seems the fairest way to do it.

Just so you all know - We're singing Bright Was The Night (under Zac) and South Rampart Street Parade (under Craig).

For those who are there on Friday, I ask you all to go and give the competing quartets as much support as you can! This year we have loads! Cadence (Steve, Tom, Tom and Joe), SHQ (Bass Duncan), Rough Cut (Rich Webb), This Way Up (Me, Zac, Rob and Andy) and Timm in Pitch Invasion who will be performing a lot throughout the weekend.

I feel that I don't really need to say this - but I ask you all to show everyone how professional, gracious and thankful we all are to the rest of BABS. No matter what we do on the stage, the true way to win peoples hearts and support is around the Convention in general.

Alan
