Section leader

Hi Tenor section to the stars!!!! Those at Harmony College 2006 will have seen that I was not leading the section and that Al Hughes stepped into the breach. This is going to ba a firm appointment now and I would to thank him for his sterling job done in Worcester this year and would like you to welcome him and his expertise. He is a great Tenor and deserves your respect in this position (at least until he is too old to be in the chorus!). Any issues can still be raised with me if Al can't sort them out of course, but I know that with Al at the helm, the section will go from strength to strength. Safe! AndyFoz

Cheers for the kind words Andy! As he said, I will definitely do my best to try and help you as much as I can. Although Im a fairly experienced tenor, Ive never been a section leader or played a part on a music team, so bear with me, as this is a brand new experience for me aswell! All I can say at the moment is keep up the hard work. At HC, we had two new additions to the tenor section leader, one who is a very young age and is sure to go far if he keeps up his hard work, and the other who has only been singing barbershop for about a year. The fact that you both came and sang two of the hardest arrangements there are, and sang them well after just two days, is a testament to you and not your section leader or anyone else.
