It's just great to see the enthusiasm you all bring to your singing. Everybody in BABS must be so delighted that the average age is starting to come down!! I look forward to watching your progress over the coming year. Hopefully, there will be a few youth quartets appearing in the contest on 15 November. Hope you guys are putting in as much effort as you normally do! I'm trying to encourage as many as possible to come and see/hear 'Dutch Courage' as i know you'll perform well, and make the trip worthwhile. Good luck for the workshop, and for the ticket sales.

I was amazed at what happened in Liverpool, the work put in by the chorus on the day astounded me, then to finish the day off with a great performance and then to listen to the feedback from the judges. I was in awe of you all. I think the chorus showed what can be done if everyone applied themselves, imagine what the retreat will be like if you all arrive knowing the words and the dots - wow - your biggest (maybe not so big now) fan. To The Boys, You all worked so hard in Liverpool, and we all learned something that day to prepare us for the next event.....RETREAT! We can be the best in BABS if we keep working hard and helping each other. We know how to sing well, we know what we need to do to prepare to sing well. With the material we have for retreat, you'll be agog..... here's to an astounding 2009' Rob
