Although the school may wish to record some still photographs for their internal use; there will be a strict rule forbidding cameras, videos, or mobile phone recording. This is in order to comply with youth protection law, and the policy of the school.
A double classroom is being hired for use as a rehearsal venue for the N.B.Y.C. from 10.00 until 15.00 at a vast cost-be on time......
There will be a keyboard in place.
There will be some step-staging erected in this area (on loan from the school).
Bottled water will be provided by MK Acapella.
Food must not be consumed in the classroom – other areas will be made available for breaks, dependant on weather conditions.

Coaching with Crossroads - Jim Henry is one of the "daddy's" in the barbershop world. He is possibly one of the greatest barbershop basses, having won an international Gold with the Gas House Gang and directing the Ambassadors of Harmony for a good few years.
Schedule:
The show is likely to be like most Loughborough shows we have had in the past.
There will be coaching throughout the day from 10 a.m. (aim to be early)
Finishing with a concert in the evening.
All the day's events will take place in the Town Hall (address above)
Clothing:
- Rehearsal: You should wear an NBYC t-shirt to rehearse in
- Stage: Chorus stage shirt and matching tie with dark blue jeans for stage.
Arrangements will be made for purchasing on the day: no money no clothing! £6 shirt, £5 T-shirt.
